Expired credit cards

I discovered yesterday that two credit cards with Capital One Logos had expired. I called them and after a lengthy search by them, they advised me your bank issued these cards .My question to you is why were they not renewed?? Maybe for lack of use. I have been geeting calls to pay the debt i already paid off to you from a company called RMG stating they bought my debt from you. I paid my debt in 2014.they have been harassing me for three weeks. Well your wonderful employee had the best customer service that in have not had in a while. She was terrific and reassuring! Ebony i think was her name? So sorry if its not.

C/C closure

I'm a 73 yr old, semi retired man. I too recently received a letter from Citi telling me that they were closing my 2 C/C's. One of which I've had continuously for 20 year and accumulated over 1,000,000 frequent flyer miles. Mostly through C/C purchases. Never had a balance that was not paid before the next billing cycle. I'm clueless as to why since there was no explanation in the letter. I figured it must be a mistake, so I checked my Equifax score and it was 830. Obviously not the problem. I couldn't get any answers by phone and was told to write Citi in Sioux Falls, S.D. They have no telephone number to call. So I wrote asking why. I got a reply from them today reiterating what was in the 1st letter. That they "have the right to cancel without explanation". And I mean NO explanation! I've written them back that I will get pro-active in the matter. Hopefully thru forums such as this one. It's a 1st step. BTW I don't need to be told that I can get credit elsewhere. I'm fully aware of that. I'm just seething that they can do something like this without any warning.

Over charges

I had one of their cards before I even used the card they had put charges on the card, I guess for those with bad credit. I used the card a few times but paid them what I charged, now they have an attorney calling me saying that I owe over $1274.00. I have not had or used their credit card since 2006, when I paid for my last charge. I told them back in 2008 that I don't owe them any money and that I haven't had that card since I mailed it back to them in 2006. I see how people get their credit messed up, here it is 8 years later and their attorney is wanting to make a settlement.

Orchard Bank ( a western company?) switched me to capital one...the person that told me my account was safe. (not my question) and capital bought orchard bank. capital one funny commercials (speaking western english) Has non western english speaking group answering the phones I know of many people in the local area that need jobs and would not answer questions I didn't ask. I didn't ask to be switched and this is heading into the same situation our mortgage loans did...beware nobody cares about our money except the Rupee people(india currency) Ive been pissed on again buy business that do not care about the us in the U.S.

Too many charges

My wife is an avid reader. She reads 3-5 books a day and has 5 e-readers. She downloads 8-10 books at a time. We were on vacation and they are trying to call us because of a flux in usage on the card. My wife had downloaded 12 books charging orchard bank. They were not expensive books - light romances that she could read in the car. It came to a total of $86. We had a good balance and have never been late with a payment but they froze our account because they could not reach us to see if we stole the card because of high usage. (Believe me - if I stole a card - I would not be downloading "THE BILLIONAIRE'S MISTRESS") My wife uses her Citibank card and I use the Orchard Bank card when we go out and I became so embarrassed when playing golf with my peers that I was declined. I had to borrow the money to play from my friend! After calling Orchard, they acted like they did me a favor because they were diligent with security. We quickly removed Orchard from Amazon, Google, Barnes and Noble and Apple. Never again will I be embarrassed with a company like them!~

Annual fee, dispute charge

I recently cancelled this card, and they refused to refunded my annual fee. The other issue I had an unauthorized charge. The subscription people never called to renew, however they just ran my credit card. I disputed the charge with Orchard and their response was I had to contact them to cancel. I told them I was not planning on renewing with the subscription. They didn't do *** about it so pretty much they wanted me to do their work. I have had this card for 6 years. They don't care for their customers. This is BS, and their crooks. Don't get this card ever.

For me it gets worse. I cancelled the card, but they refused to refund the annual fee.

Five years later they're suing me for the annual fee, plus hundreds in penalties, plus legal fees. I'm looking for a lawyer to fight it.

Annual credit charge

Just want to let you know that you overcharge customers on your annual fee to the point of insanity. I have already closed my account with you after having to have your India customer service reps spell out the words they were asking me. My hold was too long and when I asked for another rep, I was put on hold so long that I had to recall you. In short, I will never have any dealings with your company again and it's a shame that you have to go outside of this country to have reps answer the phone.

I tried to call three times to cancel my account . I would be put on hold then disconnected, every time. I just want to cancel my card.Now I cant even send my complaint if less than 100 words! Are you kidding ! Just cancel my card. I can't !!! never get an increase even if my credit is good

I've been with orchard bank now for about five years and they still refuse to give me a credit increase...like everyone else I got the card to build my credit and since its over seven hundred ...I've made my payments on time and hardly ever use more than 25% of my credit... OB refuses to give me a increase...I can get credit everywhere and I have a pretty good income the funny thing is my wife have a card with them and she got a nice increase and my credit is better than hers....as for as I'm concern OB can F_ _K off...I'm done with those D_ _KS!!!!!

Every time I paid it off ahead of time but when I asked to get an increase in credit amount they said no so I paid it off and cancelled the card. For 5 months I have been getting late fees and I would call and say it was closed but each month I would get a bill for more late fees etc.. I have tried to report it as a lost or stolen card and they said it would not be available to charge on but they are still adding up late fees month after month!!! They are crooks!

Illegal tracking from my cell phone

Orchard Bank(now owned by Capitol one) Tracked me using my cell phone and called me at a clients house that I go to help an elderly woman! They didn't call my work number they called at my clients house! They said there wasn't a working number and I was late for 2 payments.I was late because of decreased hours at work and was going to contact them to set up a payment plan.How is this legal? I work for a health care agency and I'm going to be looking into the legality of this and to see If they broke any HIPPA laws.
