Just want to let you know that you overcharge customers on your annual fee to the point of insanity. I have already closed my account with you after having to have your India customer service reps spell out the words they were asking me.

My hold was too long and when I asked for another rep, I was put on hold so long that I had to recall you.

In short, I will never have any dealings with your company again and it's a shame that you have to go outside of this country to have reps answer the phone.
